Baby box and baby pack schemes are already running successfully across the UK. Scotland's universal Baby Box has been in place since 2017. The Welsh Government's Baby Bundle programme has been developed and refined through pilot work. In England, councils including Rotherham, Wandsworth, Nottingham and Hartlepool are among those running their own programmes.
Where these schemes have launched, they have consistently been well received by families, with high take-up and warm feedback from midwives and health visitors. We see our role as supplying a complete, thoughtfully curated box — with genuine developmental expertise built in — into that growing national picture.
